I have purchased over 8 copies of the program. It is a full disk burning suite that works well and it easy to use. Also，unlike most of the other on-line stores that I have used, they keep your product key available in case you have a hard drive crash and did not save the program on a disk with the key. I do not know how well their support team works because simply I have never had to use it. Overall a very good product at a great price.
